About

What is Wholality?

Wholality is an experience where we lovingly explore and embrace our human experience without the burden of following a specific dogma , teaching  belief or ideology, allowing us to access the deep space of wisdom, resilience, peace, love and freedom that all lies within the infinite consciousness of our selves. When we drop judgment, beliefs and trying to "fix" ourselves or "understand" a specific teaching we open the doorways to true and lasting healing. We unify all the seemingly sperate teachings such as the Three principles, Non Duality, Law of Attraction, Mindfulness and others into one whole essence, embracing it all in a deep and heart based way.

The strength of our approach is manifest in the big changes people experience when they learn to understand, feel, the nature of the human experience in general and their won experience in particular.

Vision

The rates of mental stress in the community has increased steadily over the last few years - From teenagers suffering with  depression, couples getting divorced, countless children being "labelled" already when they are in school and people struggling to cope with the demands of a busy life,  the community is looking for answers. The answers lie within and I believe this approach has the potential to bring enormous liberation from many of the struggles facing people today. I say this because I have seen firsthand how people can have insights which transform them regardless of the challenge or circumstance they are facing.

In sessions I share a simple yet very profound explanation of the operation of the mind and body and explore its relevance in our lives,  which opens the doorway for deep profound insight  which brings greater ease, peace, joy and resilience to your life regardless of the circumstances you find yourself in.

Sydney Banks, who founded the Three Principles approach, often said "If the only thing we knew was not to be afraid of our experience, that alone would change our world."
